SUMMER GROUP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING 

"Ignite your Inner Athlete - Make your Mark"

Summer training sessions are for student athletes in grades 3-8 and we focus on strength/conditioning, speed/agility and overall athletic development.  The session training dates and times are below.  The cost is $25 per athlete, per session.  Once you know the session you are interested in, please click on the link below to register for the session.  Once you pick the day of the week, you will be registered for all summer sessions on that day.  All sessions will take place outdoors in the local Dix Hills area during the months of July and August.
